                                                                                                                     UK Exchange Policy          (applies only to physical stores)


14 DAY REFUND PERIOD

As we respect our customers’ choice to change their mind, unworn, unused, full priced, undamaged shoes ,may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original date of the reciept for any reason. The shoes must be in fully saleable condition on return.

28 DAY PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES

With the presentation of the original reciept, we will gladly exchange:

•Full Priced Shoes after the 14 day refund period has elapsed
•Sale Shoes, or any Shoes at a markdown price
•Full Priced Shoes Discounted for any reason at the time of sale
•Migato Bags, Belts and Scarves (with tags/barcodes intact) up to 28 days from the date as long as they are unworn, unused and undamaged.

The goods must be in fully saleable condition on return.

SALES PERIOD POLICY

Cash refunds do not apply during the sale period. The exchange of undamaged goods will be honored   within 14 days.

CLEARANCE PERIOD POLICY

No exchanges and No refunds will be accepted on Clearance items.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD POLICY

The exchange and full refund of undamaged goods will be honored within 14 days.

 

ACCESSORIES

All sales of accessories are final.

No exchange or refunds will be made for sunglasses, bangles, brooches or other such items.

 

DAMAGES

In the event of any product being damaged as a result of poor manufacture, flawed material or other merchandise production faults:

Migato UK Ltd will refund in full, provided that the fault is notified to the Store Manger   immediately when it arises, and in any case within 14 days of purchase, and returned back to the   store it was purchased from within 28 days of the original date of sale.

Our staff are trained to identify non-manufacturing faults and consequently the earlier the Manager is notified of the fault, the easier the process of refund. Where there is delay to notify the store Manager or the fault arises after 14 days but within the 28 day period, the Manager reserves the right to offer an exchange for the same or greater value.

 

REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds will be made in the original form of the payment: cash payment will be repaid as cash; debit card payment will be repaid to the same debit card; credit card payment will be debited to the same credit card from which payment was made.

 

Customers seeking a card refund should ensure they carry the appropriate card with them on the day return is made.   
 
Your Statutory Rights as a consumer remain unaffected by this Returns Policy
